Colby

Hey there- My name is Colby. I am a chocolate male, about 15 months old. I am neutered, up to date on my shots, cratetrained and housebroken. I am about 70 pounds of love.

I have been turned into the shelter twice already which means I am looking for my fourth home (third one was NOT the charm). I was first surrendered to the shelter when I was about a year old. My first time being adopted from the shelter, I was there for about 3 months when the husband had surgery and the wife could not handle taking care of both her husband and me. Then the second time, I was there only one week. She thought I should live in the backyard and was totally surprised when I chewed a hole in the cover of her hot tub and was trying to dig under the fence! What else is there to do when you are out there all day long? So, the shelter called LRR, they came and looked and here I am.

Quite honestly, I keep hearing my foster mom say, there is nothing wrong with me and I am a GREAT!!! lab. I love the other dogs and playing. I love the bones- we had peanut butter dipped milkbones tonight (boy I think this MUST be heaven). So, I think I am impressing them a lot. I have showed them my sit, down, come, stay and shake. Besides my expressions are priceless.

So, if you think that you can make the fourth time the charm, I am ready.
