Willie

Hello lab lovers, my name is Willie. I am a 1 year old yellow male weighing about 70 pounds. I am neutered, up to date on my shots, crate trained, housebroken and lots of fun.

I was turned into a shelter by my first family basically because I am a young lab with some energy. They did not have a fenced in yard and did not exercise me enough. Right now, I am having a ball running around the backyard here and playing with all of the other dogs at my foster home. It is so much fun. When I have run for a while, I will lay down in the grass and chew a bone. Then I come in the house, follow everyone around and either scope out the toy bucket or lay and chew my bone.

I know sit and down very well. I am working on stay. My foster mom thinks that obedience training is in my future and that sounds fun. I really like to please. I could also be a really good running partner, with some practice.
