Ace

My name is Ace and I am a beautiful approximately 2 year old black lab who weighs about 76 lbs. I came from a shelter so LRR does not know a lot about me. I know sit and down (if you point to the floor). I am good in my crate when you are gone but if you are home I am a little vocal because I want to be with you. I love to follow my foster Mom around and just be with her, if she watches TV I am at her feet, on the computer I am waiting right there, doing laundry I will hand her socks. Yes I am a curious boy and lots of things are new to me so you need to keep an eye on me. However if I get something I will always bring it to you. I love toys, I like to carry them around with me, tennis balls are my favorite. I do not know fetch yet but I am working on that, maybe you would like to help me learn.

I also liked to get loving, I will sit by your side for hours and let you pet me. I am also learning how to receive belly rubs, they are nice. You know Doctors say that petting a dog lowers your stress level. I also like to go for walks so that is good exercise for both of us.

I am a very friendly guy who loves people and I get along great with my foster brother and sister but I do not like cats - so all you cats out there do not need to apply. If you are not a cat and think we might be perfect for each other send your application my way.
