Happy Holidays Folks! My name is Duke. I’m a 3 year old, yellow male. I am neutered, housebroken, crate trained, good with dogs, cats, and kids. I weigh about 85 lbs and I am a medium energy boy.

I’m here spending the Holidays with the folks at LRR. I’m having a great time visiting in the foster homes, playing with toys and just relaxing.

My family decided that they no longer had time for me, so they called LRR. The family had 2 children and a yard for us to play in. I loved running and playing with the 8 yr old and his friends and they loved me.

My foster homes say that I am an easy house guest. I like everybody, and I love playing with the other dogs. But, I also like a nice comfy dog bed, a good movie and some popcorn. Medium energy is probably the best way to descibe my activity level. Don’t get me wrong, I can get the “tail tuck zoomies” and run around and act like a crazy lab sometimes. But one good case of the “zoomies” every so often and I’m good.

I am looking for a family that will love me forever and let me grow old in their home. I don’t need very much, but I do love a good belly rub and some new toys from time to time. Oh, and a good tasting cookie would be nice too.

What will I give you in return? I will love you unconditionally, I’ll make you laugh, I’ll sit with you when you don’t feel well, I’ll watch over the family, and I will be your loyal friend and family member for the rest of my life.

The photo shoot for my bio made me a bit tired and it was oh so boring, and it made me yawn. I think that I am going inside and take a little nap, I have to rest up for meeting my new family.
